Experimenting with Style Sheets 2
Style Sheets Have Several Advantages:
- Can reduce the size of each document when linked style sheets are used.
- Allow you to create user-defined style rules through the use of classes.
- Separates content and style, which can improve accessibility.
- Linked style sheets allow you to change the style of a many-page website
by editing one file.
Disadvantages:
- Not supported by all browsers, especially older ones.
- Can be confusing because some rules will display differently in different browsers.
- Have to remember to upload more files.
- Can possibly cause confusion between inline, embedded and linked CSS.
