Each Monday (and occasional Wednesday) will be devoted to a computer lab exercise that demonstrates some of the remarkable features of chaotic dynamics. The following link contains links to pdf files for each of these labs.
Each Wednesday will be a seminar session that focuses on the text and extra readings. Each session is organized and run by two students, including the generation of seminar questions. See the following link for the first 5 seminar sessions.
Each of the following topics presents a chance for an immersion experience in one aspect of Chaos Theory and current scientific/scholarly debate. Each topic will be presented by two students.
