Welcome to CSC 151 - Intro to Computing using Packages/Applications.
This course is designed to introduce basic computer concepts and software that makes them useful to many people. The current sections are intended ONLY for Business majors. Therefore many examples and assignments will be related to businesses (and other organizations - business principles apply to many other organizations). Software covered includes: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.Attendance is importance because of the importance of demonstrations and hands-on work.
Materials will also be available on Blackboard course management system accessible via the MyLaSalle web portal.
