At the La Salle Environmental Coalition, we have been closely following the plight of the whales. As, I’m sure you know, the International Whaling Commission uses mathematical models to predict whale population dynamics. Equation (1) shows the formula used.

Based on this formula and some basic assumptions, whales will be extinct by the year 2050. We urge you and the Senate to take up this important cause, and “Save the Whales!!”
