Here
is the first midterm from the last time I taught Java to undergrads. Note, however, that at that time Java was the first course, so there is a lot of really basic stuff in here. Look for style more than content. (also due to changed priorities, they actually got to a few things that we haven't covered yet)

I don't know if it is of any value, but since 2/3 of the class had me for CSC 230 and have some experience taking my tests, I am also posting sample tests from the last time I taught 230:
