Assignment 1 - Data Preparation.
Here is data that is the starting point: Some NJ community data (pre-processed some already). (right click and choose "Save Target As" to download)

Assignment 2 - Programming - OneR
For those working with Java, Here is a file that shows what is necessary to allow a user to pick a file name in a dialog box and open it, as well as "tokenizing" - breaking a String into parts where parts are divided by delimiters such as commas, etc Additionally, if you want simpler use of files This is a file that shows very simple but not very flexible access to files. A step in between would be to prompt the user for a file name via the console and then follow this example otherwise.

Assignment 3 - Using Weka - OneR and Naive Bayes

Assignment 4 - Using Weka - ID3, J48, and Prism
