Task:

                The table below includes a set of activities (tasks), durations and dependencies  (Note that the durations are intentionally short for this exercise). Create a Gantt chart using Microsoft Project for this set of tasks – except put “Yourlastname Saves the Day” (substituting your real last name) in place of T22. Print the Gantt chart and the associated activity network (try not to use too much paper). Identify the critical path (list tasks involved in it), and the expected completion date.

Suppose that a serious, unanticipated setback occurs and instead of taking 2 days, task T14 takes 8 days. Revise your project schedule. Identify the new critical path (list tasks involved in it). How much is the project completion expected to be delayed as a result of this 6 day setback?
