Minutes from March 12, 2002

 

St. Patrick’s Day Project

§      Instead of making cupcakes we can make cookies, Nicole has already bought the ingredients and will make them

§      Carolyn and Matt will go get the groceries that we need for the Jell-O shots, Irish potatoes, and lollipops

-          5-6 boxes of green Jell-O

-          Dixie cups

-          ingredients to make 4 lbs. of Irish potatoes

-          lollipops

-          baggies and ribbon

§      Jell-O shots

-     Stephanie will make them

-          25˘ per shot

§      Irish potatoes

-          We will take orders for Irish potatoes and either deliver them or have a table set up on Monday for people to pick them up

-          Casey will make order forms for the potatoes

-          4 for $1

-          Carolyn will make them Sunday night 6pm but she will need help.  X2954, LA G4.

§      Blow pops

-          25˘ each

-          Carolyn and Matt will buy them

§      Cupcakes

-          Nicole will make them

-          50˘ each

§      We will get a table for the Union for Thursday, 12:30-2:00 and Friday 1:00-2:00

§      The following people will post signs about the event.  Don’t forget to pick up the signs in Mrs. Miller’s Office on the biology floor.  Teresa will have them there by 10am Wednesday.
