  Some links on how special search engines are needed to reach the Deep Web:

  Today’s topic is basic HTML. On the Weekly schedule I mentioned TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol). TCP controls how packets of information are sent and IP controls the addresses they’re sent to. An IP address is four 8-bit numbers separated by dots.
  
  Intro to creating Web pages is covered in readings assigned for Sept. 17:
