AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

Professor Gauss currently teaches courses in Strategic Management and Business Policy, Organizational Behavior and Presentation Skills for Business. She has also taught courses in Statistics and Statistical Information Systems. She is the 1999 winner of the Lindback Distinguished Teaching Award.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Professor Gauss is Vice President of Cecilian Federal Credit Union and is also serves as a voluntary Loan Officer with this $2,500,000 financial institution. She has been a member of the Executive Board of Directors for over 10 years.

She is also involved with the La Salle University Alumni Board, as a class representative for over 20 years, having served as President of the Board. She consults with both for-profit and not–for-profit companies within the tri-county region, largely assisting with financial statement preparation and analysis. She has worked as a consultant with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in strategic planning. Previous work experience includes Internal Auditing and Commercial Lending.
