The BYU Fiddle Club is a BYU
student organization designed to provide the music community with the opportunity
to learn the diverse fiddle styles of America, Canada, and British Isles.
The Fiddle Club meets every Thursday evening from 7 pm to 9 pm.
In the weekly workshop a different instructor teaches a new style of fiddling every week (sometimes that style will be taught for 2 or more weeks depending on the nature of that particular style). Anyone who wishes to attend one or all workshops can do so for free. For more information, contact: Advisor
Violinists and fiddlers especially urged to attend, but other musicians (i.e. guitarists, bassists, mandolinists, etc.) may attend as well. The BYU Fiddle Club serves the BYU community and beyond |
