La Salle's Art Graphics Communication Program was developed by Dr. Raymond Kirsch in cooperation with the Math and Computer Science Department. Dr. Kirsch saw the need for a program that combines three interrelated tracks--art, computer graphics, and communication. The AGC Program at La Salle University is a multidisciplinary collection of courses addressing all aspects of communication. From the creation of digital music to designing a WWW site such as this, students learn how to develop effective media for communication.

AGC at La Salle integrates the theories of communication with artistic creativity and the empowerment of the personal computer to utilize emerging technologies in multimedia.
