Some points: 1) the raised up letters are called superscipts, the lowered letters are called subscripts,
2) the scientific notation uses a symbol for multiplication not a letter x, 3) the small rows are
distributed evenly (have the same height), 4) the direction of the writing in a table is found under
Table Tools/Layout/Text Direction.

Homework assignment: Watch Get to know Excel 2007: Create your first workbook. (Note the text of the audio is shown below the image -- in case you do not have speakers or head phones. Make a Word document that has three screen captures of the completed "Test yourself" pages. To place a screen capture on the "clipboard" highlight the application you want to make a screen capture of, then hit Alt+Print Screen keys (simultaneously) on the keyboard. Next go to your Word document, place the cursor where you would like the screen capture, right click and choose Paste from the menu. Due in one week (July 13). |
